Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing Nasopure products.

If any component of the kit is missing OR damaged, please do not return it to the place of purchase. Instead, e-mail us at orders@nasopure.com or call our customer service department toll free at 1 877 477 8633. We will send you the replacement FREE if called within 10 days of purchase or receipt of the product.

If you need a refund, please send us the product and your original receipt within 90 days of purchase. We will refund the original billed amount (less shipping and handling cost).
